If you are a Stand Up'er on the Peninsula, and you're tired of driving on I-64 North or South, we have a new group just for you! We may not surf, or have white-water, but we have a ton of cool spots and we will have a good time de-virgin-SUP-ing the coves and flatwater in Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, York County, and even possibly out towards Glouces …

We started this group to organize people who share an interest in leading a healthy, active lifestyle and have a passion for running and triathlons. Our group consists of multi-level sports enthusiasts so no matter what you are training for, there is always someone who can help you achieve your goals! All levels - beginners to advanced are always welcome to attend.
